Telegram is the fastest way to try a bot for your business: no verification, no dedicated number and no message fees, and the bot is yours. Then add WhatsApp with the same setup.
Create the bot in one tap
In the BotYalla dashboard tap “Create my bot” (or scan the QR on a computer). Telegram opens with the bot's name and username ready — edit them if you like and confirm, and the bot is created and linked to your account. This uses Telegram's official managed bots feature. If you prefer the classic way, a BotFather token works too.
Add your products or services
Pick the store template and add products with photos and prices, or the booking template with your working days and hours. The customer chooses and types their details, and the complete request reaches you on the dashboard and on Telegram.
Collecting payments
The Telegram store bot has an add-on to collect Vodafone Cash and InstaPay payments from customers. If you sell cash on delivery, the bot takes the address and confirms the order before shipping.
Let the bot understand customer questions
