Partner Program Terms

1. How commission works

• You get a link carrying your code. Anyone who signs up through it within 60 days of their first visit is attributed to you (first touch).
• Your commission is 20% of every approved subscription payment made by the person you referred, for 12 months from their first payment, then it stops.
• There is no commission on sign-ups alone, free accounts, wallet top-ups or anything that is not a subscription.
• Commission is calculated when the payment is approved; a later rate change never alters what was already earned.

2. Payouts

• The minimum payout is 200 EGP of your payable balance.
• Commission may stay “pending” for up to 0 days after the payment (the refund window) before it becomes payable.
• If a payment is refunded or cancelled, its commission is cancelled, and anything already paid out is deducted from your next payable balance.
• Any tax on your program income is your own responsibility.

3. What is not allowed

• Spam, or messaging anyone who has not agreed to hear from you.
• Promising anyone income, profit or a job from the program or the platform.
• Impersonating BotYalla or speaking on its behalf, or claiming any endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
• Paid search ads on the “BotYalla” brand name or anything confusingly similar.
• Referring yourself, your own or fake accounts, or tampering with tracking in any way.
• Recruiting other partners for a cut of their sales: the program is single-level — no commission on referrals made by people you referred.

4. Suspension and changes

If these terms are broken we may hold payouts, cancel the commissions involved, or end your participation. We may change the program or its rates with prior notice; changes never affect commission already earned. Questions: info@botyalla.com.
