Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
You use your own account with them, and custom connectors depend on your plan there — check their settings. On BotYalla's side connecting is open to every plan, and the tools follow your plan.
Can the AI message my customers?
No. Reading, reports and proposals only. Broadcasts and customer replies are sent from BotYalla itself, and ad changes are proposals you approve.
Where does my data go?
The AI reads only what it asks for when you ask, through your account, and handles it under the policy of the service you use. Disconnect it instantly from «AI engine».
Can my team members use it?
Yes — each member connects their own AI to their own login and sees only what their role allows.
